1. Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our Services. To access certain programs or content, you may be required to create an account. We offer coaching services, group programs, digital courses, downloadable resources, and communications via email and SMS. Some Services may require payment or a subscription.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Services at any time without notice.

3. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Digital Products: We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 90 days of purchase for a refund.
Coaching Services: Refunds for coaching services are prorated and subject to the terms of your individual coaching agreement. No refunds are provided for services already delivered.
Subscriptions: If a Service is offered on a recurring basis, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the interval specified. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, videos, graphics, templates, downloadable materials, and branding — is the intellectual property of Peter Leckemby Enterprises LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for their personal use only. Templates and workbooks may be downloaded and used internally but may not be shared, resold, or republished.

5. Acceptable Use
